New Charter Inquiry
Any adult organization interested in the welfare of its youth may apply to OGSO for a Charter to provide fast pitch softball for girls in their community or area. All Officers and other adult personnel must ensure that their organization provides for and promotes fair participation by all youth participants.
Application for a Charter in OGSO shall be submitted to the OGSO Executive Committee. Final approval shall be by a majority vote of all active Charter Holders that are present at the regularly scheduled State Meeting held for the purpose of accepting or rejecting any application(s) submitted. New Charter Holders must be affiliated with OGSO prior to midnight, February 28th of the current year in order to be eligible to participate in any sanctioned Tournament play.
